Summary Paragraph 2: The Meatrix: Revolting

The thesis of this film is the comparing of wonderful family farm and recent awful factory farm. In the past, animals are very delighted and healthy by eating natural grass in big fields, baby calves are always with mommy cows and people got their milk by using the human’s hands. Nowadays, everything is replaced by machines. Some animals are spent their entire life in a factory farm in which not only they cannot see the light but also they are placed in a specific place; can’t move or go around. Although they are feed antibiotic, they cannot be healthy because of their terrible living conditions. Business people who know only about their profit make the products as much as they can by using RBGH, an artificial growth hormone. In addition, they also saw the mad cow disease known as bovine spongiform encepholopathy (BSE).
